  • Parking ticket - Claim form received

Hi, Please can someone give me some advice? My daughter received a parking ticket by PCM she said she had a permit in her window that her aunty had given her to park in the space - Not sure what happened but she got a ticket - not sure if the permit had fallen off or was not valid for where she was parking. I read a lot of posts online and decided to ignore any letters received. Today a claim form has been received for the county court business centre with Gladstones solicitors. I have been looking on line to help with what to do now. I have been online and done the AOS and selected to dispute the claim. But now I don't know what to do and what to submit to them. Please can someone help me :-)

So have you any of the original letters that came from PCM?

If not then SAR to PCM
CPR 31.14 request to Gladstones for all the documents that they mentioned in the particulars of claim: PCN, images of the signs that created the contract.

Templates in the Shortcuts Panel on this page

Hi thanks for the reply. No I do not have the original letters. Do I request this info via email to Gladstones? Sorry, what does SAR to PCM mean ? is this a template to be sent directly to the Parking control management company ? thank you :-)

SAR = Subject access Request. Yes the templates for both letters are on this page in a panel labelled shortcuts. You modify to suit and don't send as is.

I would suggest sending by letter with free certificate of posting from a post office.
