  • Received court letter about a parking charge

Hi, I received a claim form from county court regarding a parking charge issued 2 years ago by parking control management.
I didn’t think the charge was fair what should I do now?

Acknowledge the claim on day 5 or shortly afterwards, nothing in the defence. The gives you 33 days from date of issue to get your defence to the court.

Post up a redacted copy of the PCN that was received. What has been done so far?
