If a wife with no children gives divorce to her husband and makes a land registry charge on her husband’s property in 2009 and in further years gets married twice with two different men then in this satuation , is the land registry charged made in 2009 still valid in 2021 ? Hence the house is only registered on husband's name.
    Thanks.
Please Please help me by giving the amswer to my question.

A land registery charge in 2009 will still be there in 2021. If that answers you question?
