Good day to you all!

I am in the unfortunate position of having to go through the small claims process and have joined the forum so that I can tap into the knowledge and experience of others. I am sure that over the coming weeks/months I will have plenty of questions.
I sent my N1 to the CCMCC 4 days ago with cheque enclosed. Can anyone give me an idea of time scale please? That is, how long does it take them to process it and serve the claim on the defendant? I just like to have an idea of what happens when as I have read very mixed reviews.

At the moment difficult to speculate because of Covid. It used to be almost by return.

Out of interest, why did you not raise the claim online?

I didn’t go for online because the space for the particulars was so limited, I didn’t want to have to send it separately.
