What to do

Hi guys
please can anyone help me. I had my eyes done in 2010 and had problems with them since where I just can’t see due to dry eyes and can not afford care.after my lifetime care was taken away I complained to the ombudsman and I got my care back. They have them removed my care again and I’m at a dead end. Help

What did you have done - shortsight correction?
Is the company still trading
How have they removed your care?
