Need advice on parking tickets

I was recently issued 6 tickets where I live the reasons for this is the previous company has changed ownership. I was not aware of the change they said letters were sent out but never received it. Now I don't know what to do. Just need some advice if I can appeal this situation.

So what are they alleging is hte reason for the breach? What do the signs say? what does your lease say about parking?

Good evening so sorry for the late response. They are saying because l did not change my permit they have issued me with these tickets. So l am challenging the reasons for the tickets. Also, l am thinking what steps I need to take in dealing with this problem.
