I have lived at the property since 2005. I have invested a huge amount of money in the property. My partner was given bad advice and bullied by the Bank. They obtained a possession Order in Jan 2015. They closed the account and would not accept ANY payments. I offered the full amount within 24hrs. They ignored the offer for 12 months then refused. I have offered 3 times, all refused. The bank is going to use the slip rule to add me to the order of 2015. This I understand is only for minor errors not to add a person they thought would not be a problem. The hearing is for 30 minutes. The Banks Solicitors have changed the date of the first offer, saying I offered it 22 months later than I did. They also changed the amount I offered by half. The Banks solicitor said the original Bank employee who had written the Witness Statement had retired and was no longer available. The employee did retire from NatWest and went as a manager for RBS the very next day. The Bank Solicitor had no reason to Change the statement, as he saw fit (his words) I just want to keep our home. Please can you help I am desperate. My Solicitor told me less than a week ago that he had a conflict of interest with the NatWest and could no longer act. I cannot het anyone to help so close to the hearing on Thursday.
The NATWEST REFUSE TO LET ME PAY OFF MY PARTNERS MORTGAGE.
