Hello, I have a question regarding my claim ( i am a claimant) at court. Before six mnths a bar was set at the defender and after two months a bar was removed and since then nothing happens. I have not received enything by post. Is this normal as period of time and do I have to look for information and from where? Is there anything that i can do? Thank you.

So has the defendant submitted a defence? If not why haven't applied for a default judgement?

Hello, thank you for your comment. The defendant filed an acknowledgment of service, I submitted a judgment against him which was issued and a bar was put in place. After that the bar was removed and the judgment was removed after an application from the defendant. A bar was put in place the same day and after removed again. Since then (four months) I don't have any information about the case.
