I would like to take legal; action against my GP Practice for removing me despite my having a disability.

They were alerted to my requirement for reasonable adjustments previously.

I am working on a pre-action letter before claim, which I will post in the main forum

My understanding is that doctors the right to remove patients at their discretion. However, I don't know if there is any Equality legislation limiting this.
Have you asked for, been given any reason ?
I believe strongly in people with any disability ( I prefer to say difference ) being given the same opportunities as others.
