Having an issue with Purplebricks. Valuation was done at my home on the 24/08/2020 by the 01/09/2020 it had gone live . It looks like l wasn't given the 14 day cooling off period. . I had three viewings 7/8/10 September. I have had nothing since and it is the 20/02/2021.. They said they had clients waiting desperately for properties like mine On the 18/09/2020 they said l must reduce the property to sell , l had already stated at valuation that their would be no movement on price. , If they felt l was asking too much then l would wait till the market improved , baring in mind we have Covid in the mix. I feel l have been entrapped in a contract , with them knowing that it was going to be difficult to sell my property. They gave me three viewings quickly to make me feel confident. Then we they thought they were safe to demand their fees, viewings stopped. , and letters are now arriving for payment. Can you advise.
