CST Law demanding unpaid debt for UKCPS LTD - Manchester Piccadilly Station.

Does this demand carry any weight. My daughter stopped for 20 seconds, didn't 'park', stop engine or get out herself. They are threatening court action.

So where is the redacted NTK? Copy of the signs would help and possibly Google maps location
