    Forcing sale of ex marital home for a disabled relative

    I previously posted on the Welcome page, but had no responses. Perhaps I have place it incorrectly. The Housing Benefit tribunal has declared that whilst they have every sympathy the ex marital home must be sold. PLEASE can anyone help us with this. How can we take the ex husband to court for a share in property when the disabled ex wife is without means and in danger of eviction.
