  • Hello from a newbie

I seem to have been put on a list as an easy touch , I receive dubious parking fines reply asking for details etc hear nothing for years , current 1 is 2017 ! , and then boom ! A court claim form from the county court business centre ( I believe its just a computer) ive written to my MP as im sure many have but these sheisters just keep scamming . Last one provided no evidence , answered no letters and i till lost ! Question is do I pay or part pay or employ a solicitor , im leaning towards offering £100 (of £285) Any advice much appreciated

So respond to the claim. Acknowledge using the details and password on the form but do this on day 5 after the issue date. Put nothing in the defence. This gives you 33 days from the date of issue to get your defence to the court

    SAR to the parking company

CPR 31.14 request to the solicitor

Northampton is the clearing centre for money claims. Any claim is transferred to a local court after the initial processes.

How did you lose previously? Did you not repond in time or ignore
