When I left Talk Talk three years ago I believe I owed nothing. I believe I did everything by the book. Since then they have presented me with charges. I have disputed to no avail. They have since passed it on to a debt agency, who when I disputed with them, sold it on to another agency who are now trying to get me to pay. After a period of inactivity, they are now threatening me with court action. It is ludicrous that I should have to pay for something I don't owe in order to stop this. All advice appreciated but ideally a quick solution if possible?
