    This suffice?

    7. To summarize the decision of the Supreme Court in Parking Eye v Beavis. In that case the Supreme Court was considering whether a parking charge notice was reasonable in the sum of £85 or whether it was a penalty clause.
The Supreme Court in it decision found that the charge of £85 at the time, was sufficient to cover recovery costs as well.

So did you send a copy of the directions questionaire to the court AND a copy to the claimant?

Did you get a certificate of posting?

What does the online status of your claim say?

This must be handled with some urgency.

Did you sent it to the court and claimant?

Does the MCOL record show it received.
