    Sky and Lowell's

    I got a letter of lowell about them purchasing my sky mobile debt it's been 3 years iv never heard from sky since I I cancelled my package back in 2018 I apparently owe £380 this is not on my credit file today I received 4 of the same letter from sky no mention of lowell iv not had a default letter either do I just ignore lowell

    In principle I would not ignore a letter, otherwise you are open to criticism for non communication. Tell them you are not aware of the debt and require proof. The onus is on them to justify the claim.
