Our Daughter has received a CCJ. She never attended Court, judgment was entered against her for a minimum amount of £1=00 per month as she received Government assistance, she was paying this regularly, then she received a phone call out of the blue, saying basically that she was not paying enough to reduce the debt, in her state of mind at the time she was pushed into paying £12=00 a month, this has been paid regularly, now her ex partner has refused to pay any further, what chance will she stand returning to the original Court order

Probably a good idea to speak to the Court, and have the original order to hand, and ask has there been any further order, or variation to the order, since this order date xxxx
If the Court order hasnt been varied, then you can fall back on that first order, and you can say that you paid more only as a gesture of good willl while affordable, it is not affordable now, thus they can have their £1.00 per month.I work for Roach Pittis Solicitors.
