  • Small Claim Dismissal

    Hi All,

Hope everyone is staying safe and well . I have what I think is a simple question : I had a small claim that was dismissed because neither side entered a witness statement so the case was not heard. Is it possible to make a fresh application and then make sure that all the directions are adhered to, or once a case has been dismissed, it cannot be brought to court again?

Thanks in advance for any advice.

Were you the Claimant or Defendant?

Secondly if the Claim was dismissed, what did the actual court order dismissing the Claim say? Its important to know what the Court did to the Claim.
