Car on HP and Parts Not Available

We have a car on HP and a part went and we tried to get a new part, main dealer would have ordered from abroad but the part is not available and they don't know when it will be made again. So I sourced a second hand part from abroad but that was faulty. We now have a car that is not usable, where do we stand with the finance company?

Have you tried the vehicle recycling sites.

You still owe the Finance company .I cant think of any reason which you could out of the agreement. Have you paid more than half the total owed?

I have tried to get the part everywhere, the part is not available from Ssangyong in Korea or their distributors, the second hand part I sourced was from Norway but that is also faulty. The only other part supposably available is second hand from Russia!
