Private land parking

Hello, there is a small supermarket in my city that has parking bays for customers. I sometimes park in the bays but if they're full, I'll just park on the side. I have received a 'pcn' but I just ignored it as I didn't think it could apply to me because I was shopping in the supermarket. I have been reading through this site and taking advice from threads started by people in similar situations to me and it has been progressing normally. I received the questionnaire and I filled it out however I didn't have the address of the people claiming so I only posted one out to the court in Northampton. Anyway, now I've just checked the money claim thing and it says 'General sanctions order was made on 09/02/2021'. I know this is probably because of me not sending a copy to the claimant but now I'm worried about what will happen. Is there still a chance? I feel like giving up and just paying but I really don't want them to 'win'. If anyone has any advice for me, I would really appreciate it. Also, what is the hearing process like now, during covid?

Without the wording of the order it just isn't possible to say.
Generally though it will be issued because the party hasn't followed court orders and will be told to do so by a certain date otherwise claim /defence will be struck out

But the relevant address for communication is on the court form, is it not? So post up the redacted claim form and the latest letter you received

The order just said to file it in 7 days or my defence may be thrown out. They basically hadn't processed the one I filed and thought I hadn't filed one at all. It does say I've filed one now though so now I'm just waiting for the next part. Does you know what the process is like now during covid?
