    Interest on small claim

    So I’m requesting judgement by default and my question is do I claim the interest from the date the court received my claim or from the date I started sending before action letters? Thanks in advance

    Assuming you included on your claim form that you were wanting to claim interest you are entitled to it from the date of your "Claim Form"
