  • Lowell CCJ

Hi all, I have had a letter off lowell solicitors stating that due to covid19 a collective decision was made to pause litigation activity but now court service is back to normal, its time for them to re-engage with me, they state that a CCJ was entered against me for £322 date of CCJ 07/06/2017,

They say there client (lowell portfolio) has instructed them to apply for warrant of control unless I engage with them to reach a suitable resolution

My issue is this is first time I have heard about any CCJ, I have not had any court papers and I haven't changed address is over 10y I have also checked my credit report with several credit agencies, all report no CCJs on my account

They state original debt was orange mobile I do remember having an account with orange but that was over 10y ago

Any help/advise would be greatly appreciated
