    Hi
    please can anyone help me
    i
    my daughter has received a letter today from ZZPS requesting payment for an alleged parking fine going back to April 2016. If not paid they are threatening court action. The amount is £170 which will difficult to pay at the moment
    what shall I do?

    You can ignore ZZPS as they are acting as debt collectors. They may threaten court but if it goes to court then they get nothing, not a good business model.

    Post up the original Notice that was received, suitably redacted but leave dates. Photos of the signs may help

      its been so long ago I don’t have anything, the letter doesn’t even say where it was. Is there a date at which they can no longer send these letters?

        They have 6 years to take it to court.

        SAR to the parking company to get all the notices. Template in the Shortcuts box. Don't identify the driver at the time
