  • Mortimer Clarke LBA

    Hi there,

I was wondering if someone could help me with this.

I've received a letter before action from Motimer Clarke acting for Cabot Financial about an o/d debt.

I plan to ask for various documents on the reply form, what's confusing is that on the first pages of the letter it says I need to reply to Mortimer Clarke, but later, on the notes for the reply form, it says to send the reply to the business they're acting for, ie Cabot?

If I trusted them I'd ring and ask but it would be very convenient for them if they didn't receive any response from me. Does it even matter, given they're both part of the same group?
