    Hi

Thanks for allowing me to join

I am in the last 12/18 month before my debts are status barred.

I have 4000 debt from barclay card the debt is assigned to hoist 2.

It was quiet until recently when the phone calls started, I was wondering if somebody could help me with a few questions

    1) is statute barred from the default date?
    2) do dca have to send yearly statements?
    3) if b/card sent letters stating that they charged me. incorrectly and refunded me after the debt has been transferred to a dca would the have and impact on enforceability?

I have not received any letter from hoist for a while(couple of years)even though they have had the debt for 4.5 years, how would everybody proceed? Wait till letter before action and the fire off a cca request? Is it worth send a sar request to barclaycard so I am armed with information.

    Thank you In advance

Phone calls trying to talk to you. Could be trying to find out if they have the correct person.
