I have sold a item online and the lady received the item (i have messages and a tracking number) and it was too small so i said id send her a bigger size, anyway as the item comes from china the delivery would take longer, she wasnt happy with this and wanted a refund to which i refused and advised its exchange only. She wasnt happy and rang her bank and now my bank have closed my account and are putting a CIFAS marker against my name
How is this fair when i am not a scammer? Is there anyway to appeal it?
