Hi Last year after many years of harassments, discrimination, denial of everything which was not normal i was finally told by a legal firm i had been put on a system for denial of services. Suddenly everything made sense but they would not tell me who did it and why. I was a victim of bullying and harassments at work and was unable to return to the workplace as it was becoming physical so i have my own thoughts on who may have been responsible but need to find out for sure. Has anyone experienced this secret system or know anything about getting to the bottom of this nightmare? Sheila

Hi Des my country is UK. This linked information system basically destroys a persons character and because it is secret you dont even know it has happened to you until life plays out in bizarre ways with mistreatment, discrimination etc. I could literally write a book. My employer is an influential government funded employer and i have my suspicions it may be linked to their third parties which covers basically every area of life unfortunately. I spent almost 8 months asking different organizations etc and they all denied hearing of it but recently HMRC have said that a person is flagged up on their systems but they take no action as it is for information purposes only. F.O.I says it destroys a persons life and livelihood and sent me to a local MLA but i have still not got the answers i need. I want to know who did this and why. There is no justification for it and the misuse of my data as i see it is a criminal offence and should be dealt with as such. Does this help to enlighten you?

Sorry, but unable to assist.
This is something I have never come across before, and I don't rally know where one would start
HMRC have admitted (in writing?) having info, so perhaps an SAR to them requesting the info they admit to holding and its source.
If they clam up I suppose you could then apply for a court injunction to try and force disclosure.
You could try a similar tactic with the legal firm you reference in post1
