      Hi
I have received a “notice of proposed allocation to the small claims track” saying i must fill out form N180 amd file it with the court office and serve copies to other parties (seems odd as everything else is online) I am also being offered mediation.
please can someone offer guidance. I presume i fill the form out and don’t take mediation?
      Many thanks

        That's the way it works.

Fill out the form, yes mediate, it looks better. Your offer is a drop hands offer were you and the claimant agree not to continue and you each pay their own costs on the basis that they have not complied with the requirements of POFA to hold the keeper liable.
