Fronting a vehicle finance agreement

Just wondered if anyone would agree with a finance company accusing my partner of fronting my car finance agreement when we live together and he pays the payments?

Whose name is on the agreement?
Who is registered keeper?
Whose car is it?

My partner, I'm named on the V5 and I insure and drive it

Assuming (dangerous, I know!) you are neither married nor in a civil partnership your partner is either fronting your purchase or is purchasing the vehicle and breaching the agreement b y not registering it in his name
