Sorry because I'm new here I wasn't know how to do it.


I had a notice of enforcement from company called Marston in October 2020, that I had a case in the court, because I keep a car registered on my name with out insurance, in June 2019. the DVLA were sending all documents to my old address, 26 Alma rd from October 2018 to February 2019 then I Moved to my current address from February 2019, In October 2019 I changed the address and the owner of the car to my husband name and to my current address .

during that time on 1/7/2019 the DVLA sent a fixed penalty notice to my old address. Which I didn't know about.
I called the court about the letter and told them I don't know about it. the court send me a statutory declaration last week and I filled it with this information.
Today the court sent me an application to plea guilty or not guilty.

What l should response to the court?
Dese it consider as acromial record because I have to apply for a citizenship on December?
