  • Data breach?

my solicitor has forwarded me emails, I assume in error of email correspondence between my ex and her solictor. Again I assume these were sent to my lawyer by mistake and I have let my solicitor know of the mistake but what are the implications of this? They show a clear intent to lie about the current situation so if this ends up in court can these emails be referred to as evidence of the false information being put forward about me?

If the communications between a solicitor and his client and vice versa are to do with legal advice or litigation (or prospective litigation) those communications will be privileged.
