Am I correct in saying that CCJ's are not enforceable after 6 years.
I have a credit card debt which went to court in 2008 after the creditor refused to accept offers of repayment, this went further and the creditor obtained a charging order which seemed excessive for a debt of £2500.
The same year the house was repossessed and thus the charge was lost.
The debt has been sold several times and has ended up with ME111,(Cabot?),Mortimer Clarke Solicitors,(In House?).
After several unanswered letters they are now threatening home visits.
What is my position, I have not communicated sins 2008
