    Walker love charge for payment of money

    Hi everyone, my name is Steve. I found the forum as I was surfing the web looking for advice as I received a court action this week labelled charge for payment of money. It was delivered by representatives of Walker love Sheriff officers. My question is ,has anyone else dealt with them at this stage? The amount is just under 5 000 . I am in Scotland and it was instigated by Cabot.Thanks for any help.
