Hope your all keeping safe.
Today my wife has received court papers in relation to a home shopping catalogue with studio.
We have not received any pre court letter before receiving this claim form.
It reads " The claimant claims payment of the overdue balance due from the defendant(s) under a contract between the defendant(s) and studio retail limited dated on or about Aug 07 2017 and assigned to the claimant on Mar 22 2019 notice of assignment has been given to the defendant"
I won't go into the in and outs here and if this can be assigned to relevant section that would be much appreciated.
Any help on this matter would be much appreciated.
