Hello, I found people with similar stories to my partner who ten years ago was conned by Train 4 Trade Skills into accepting a loan from their sister finance company - he left the course after less than a month because he couldn't access it online (it was apparently all supposed to be online, with only practical examinations happening somewhere in Luton but he was actively discouraged from visiting the site when he signed up - I think the course is not real and there is no physical college). Despite having only completed a few weeks of the 'course', his debt was sold almost immediately to a debt collection agency and they have been hounding him ever since. From research I've done online which led me to this site, it seems clear that many other people have had exactly this experience. I think the educational enterprise is bogus, and I think the financial service if not illegal is certainly irresponsible and unfair. I am hoping to join up with other victims of this scam and see if legal action can be taken against both companies.

Hey, I've been scammed by these guys too. I'd be interested in taking legal action against them. As of yet they haven't sold my debt to a debt collection agency and I'm hoping to stop them before they do! Would anyone know how to go about that?
