Hello, I would welcome some advice please. I used the guide & letter template from this site to help in voluntarily terminating my PCP with VW/Audi Finance. I have now received a letter from a debt collection agency. I was expecting this having read that they will not let go of excess mileage charges without a fight, however I would welcome advice as to what my next steps should be. Thank you.

If you want to defend then the VT Guide has a response to excess mileage or there's plenty of letters on here if you do some digging.
Not much more I can offer to be honest as these questions have been done to death on here and the VT guide covers pretty much everything you need to know up to the point of legal action.If you have a question about the voluntary termination process, please read this guide first, as it should have all the answers you need. Hi Rob, so I sent them the letter from the VT guide disputing the excess mileage charge. They did not even reply to this letter, instead I received a letter from the debt collection agency. Would it be sensible to resend the same letter disputing the excess mileage to VW and copy the debt collection agency?Comment
