  • Blemain/Together parasite lenders

for over 3 years I have been battling against a court case with Blemain. The case finally came to trial (3-day multi-track) I am pleased to say I won this case with the other side ordered to pay in excess of 50k in costs. If you face this bullies-stick up to them do your homework and don't give in. Thank you for everyone on this site for all the help and advice through the years especially Sharon & Paul. I still have to face them with my counterclaim which involves charges & commission-lets hope they get what they deserve.

Very glad to hear that you have got somewhere. On the same day I read your post I also listened in to a report covering the case of the post office workers who were falsely accused of theft and fraud. All in all great results for you both but it makes you realize why people are hard done by and people/companies can get away with twisting the system to their own benefits. In your case 3 years and £50k in costs, I cant remember the time scale of the post office case but what did stick in my mind was the statement made that out of the £50 million the post office paid in compensation prior to the case only £12 million went to victims and the rest was swallowed up in costs. These companies, I am sure, play on the fact that they can do what they like because achieving justice for the victims is just out of most peoples ability, resilience and courage. I truly tip my cap towards you for having these qualities but it is a real shame that anybody is this country has to fight so hard and risk so much to fight a clear injustice.

Thank you so much for your response. Apologies for the delay in responding I have only just seen this. Yes, I totally agree. Companies do not give a monkeys about their clients Together (Blemain) most certainly don't I have spent 16 years in total fighting them. I have not finished yet as the Counterclaim has yet to be heard. That will certainly be interesting. I will be reporting fully on that in due course.

I am a writer by profession specialising in historic true crime. Years ago everyone was guaranteed legal counsel for the price of a guinnea. Law in this country in my opinion has gone backwards. People are unable to afford legal representation and are intimidated by the system and by sharks like Together and their 'in house' lawyers ( mostly carried out by paralegals) Priority Law..

I have not finished yet. One day it will make a hell of a good story.

Keep on Fighting never give in. If anybody has an issue with Together then please feel free to inbox me. I will help all I can.
