Mercedes Benz Uk Vehicle Quality

Hi, I had this forum recommended as I am in a constant dispute with Mercedes Benz Finance over the quality of my vehicle which was off the road for 12 weeks for rectification under warranty.I would like to return the vehicle to them and move away from the finance deal, which they keep refusing to do. Any help would be appreciated.
