Hi, I am wondering if anyone can give me some advice. My partner and I bought a house outright 4 years ago. We bought it outright I paid 35% and he paid 65%. Weve been together for 13 years, not married or engaged. We have 1 child together, we were happy but things lately have not been working out between us, long story short I said I want to split up but he refuses to pay me out or sell the house. The money I put in I am paying off on a loan and still have 3 and a half years left. So I have no money to move out. Has anyone got any advice for me. I've literally put all my eggs in one basket and just want to know my rights. I thank you in advance if you could help me with any advice!
