    Hello

    I am currently in a dispute with my ex partner for custody of my 5 year old son. He is currently living with me and has been for the last three months. There has been little contact between my ex partner and my son despite me encouraging her to see him. My ex partner has now started court proceedings to get custody of our son. She has managed to get legal aid but I have not, even though I cannot afford the legal costs involved.
