I have a sexual assault / personal injury claim against the employer the NHS , were a service user was sexually assaulting use care workers in the community lasting 15 years , the employer has 400 written records of assaults a union solicitor acted for the group's of women carers, an offer was made with out considering our medical support. 99% excepted the offer 2 days before a court hearing as I refused the offer solicitor abandoned me and one other carer was not happy about his service as she also wanted to go in to court and run the case , any suggestion on my next step , I understand that other solicitors would not be very interested now all the work was done , I would be very happy to run my own direction in a hearing my self . Advice on this and should I report abuse to police and leave the crown to to sort the mess out . Thanks for any help .
