Stolen trust fund

I have discovered that my sister who is the sole administrator and trustee has spent our trust money without mine and my brothers knowledge. We cannot afford a solicitor any advice would be much appreciated.

Have you ever had an accounting from her about the trust fund? This is something you are entitled to, and could obtain by a court application to force her to produce.

How did you discover that she has spent your trust fund if you have not had an accounting?
If you have proof of the theft she could face criminal charges and you could take action in the civil courts to recover your funds
