Hi I’m looking for some advice if I may.
I received a PCN notice for an instance that happened on 3/12/2020 and the date of issue is 4/1/2021. I have been given option to pay a lower amount within 14 but must be paid in full within 28. My question is must theses fines be presented to me within a certain time frame ie this one is over well over 30 days since issued ? If I am able to appeal how should I word the letter

Is it a Penalty Charge Notice or a Parking Charge Notice? If the latter then without a windscreen ticket it has to be received within 14 days otherwise between 28 and 56 days.

Use a hosting site such as imgur to host the photos and put a link on here.
