For the last 8/9 weeks i have been acting manager until a new one has been employed.i was told i would be getting an enhanced wage until such time,i have yet to be paid this.
i have spoken with my line manager who promised all wages owed would be in my december pay,it was not paid .i am now being told it will be in my january pay.which will mean 3 months of owed wages.She has said the comany dont make payment outside of wage dates,yet i have been informed today one of our staff whose wage was incorrect december was sent her owed wages via a bacs payment.Any advice would be appreciated.
