Hello, I got made redundant on 23rd September 2020 and was told the company was in a bad position financially which is why they had to let me go. Whilst looking for jobs I can now see that my old position has been advertised in the last 5 days. Are they allowed to do this? Thanks

If the circumstances have changed from when they had a genuie redundancy situation back in Sept for example a new order comes in or business has started to improve and they need new staff then yes they can advertise for new jobs.
