it will not go away BUT sit down and list who owed/credit card? etc dates and default dates, last paid and keep list of each alledged debt in date order then we can see the true picture, that amount of alledged debt is suspect on affordable lending Iines maybe??

I’m still unemployed from last year and unfortunately I’m not entitled to any benefits as my sons and daughters pay my rent and house hold bills
Two of my loan companies have sold my debts on to an collection agency and another is threatening CCJ action I’ve tried to find work but at sixty two it’s hard

The debts mentioned aren't priority debts, a court will only ask you to pay what you can afford to pay each month, so if it's £1 so be it. All you need to do is fill in a income and expenditure form to demonstrate that your outgoings are more then your income. You need to provide more information on the debts as suggested by Mike.
