    So clause 7 deals with Fee tariffs, and it is for you to keep an eye open, altho clause 8 deals with risk based fees and is slightly contradictory.

    Invoices will show purchases made, but.it seems to me to be a reasonable request to be told how the price is calculated, especially if it includes extra fees.
    But your problem is that this is a B2B contract and having accepted their terms you have little room to dispute them

    Have you used their complaints procedure to make a formal complaint?

      Yeah I've tried as many avenues as I can. Thanks for your help but I don't think I've got the energy to fight it anymore its causing me far too much stress for the sake of 900 quid. I don't want to pay it as I think it is wrong, and I don't agree that large international companies should bully little company's like this. the chances are that our business might have gone below there score on the experian report. But they are refusing to provide me with the evidence. If we have this is solely due to the global pandemic that has been going on. Its making me feel physically sick and I'm now getting more concerned for me health than the money. It won't put us out of business.
