      So the first thing you do is to acknowledge the claim using the details and password on the form, noting in the defence.

      Do this 5 days after the date of issue of the form. This gives you 33 days from the date of issue to get your defence to the court.

      Start thinking about preparing your defence.

          So unless you park and get out of your car then you could not read anything about having to pay within 10 minutes. The sign on the side of the hut cannot reasonably be expected to be read by the driver as it is to one side. The font is too small to be easily read whilst moving.

          Have you read the link from post#17 and the case associated with it.

            Yes thank you i just need to properly form the defence around that the thing is I never did one so I need an example on how to do it
