  • How long before conviction is spent and no longer need to declare it?

When is this conviction declared as spent and no longer required to put on application forms for jobs. If someone was convicted, no prison sentence, for a sexual offence, given 60 hours community service, 3 years probation, ordered to sign the sex offenders register and SOPO for 5 years. The sentence was given in 2015 and the requirement to sign the register and SOPO expires in 2021.
