Virgn Media Infrastructure

Virgin Media has been reported by ISPs as messing up neighbour-electrics upon installation of their infrastructure - are there any lawful ways to enforce removal of their equipment, beyond the U.K boundary (have tried all routes within the U.K and too approaching both the company and Liberty Global, to no avail)?

You need to explain in much more detail. Although if it is an outside UK juristiction then you will need to approach the regulators in the relevant country.
